WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

How To Order:

If you would like to make a wholesale order with Sky Siouki please register for an online account or log in if you already have an account set up.

Once logged in you will be directed to an online order form where you can add multiple items to your cart at once. Please be patient for this page to load as it can take time for the full catalogue of products to appear. You may also browse the online shop using the main menu at the top of the website to add items to your cart individually in a more consumer style manner. When viewing your cart a notice at the top will notify you if your subtotal is under the minimum spend. Your order will not qualify for wholesale pricing until you have hit the minimum threshold and prices in your cart will be shown at retail cost until you do so. 

On receipt of your order Sky will email you an invoice with finalised delivery costs included. Delivery costs quoted at checkout are just an estimate and are subject to change. Please DO NOT attempt to make payment until you have received a final invoice via email. By clicking ‘Place Order’ you are submitting your order for request and it is not made final until you have received an email invoice.


Online Accounts:

You will need to fill in a short form with your details to register for an online trade account via this link. You will then need to await approval of your account before being able to log in and order. Your account will usually be approved within a few hours but if you have not had a response after 1 working day please don’t hesitate to contact Sky.


Stock Availability:

As a small business Sky Siouki quite often may not have all stock readily available on receipt of your order so please allow for additional production times. Sky will notify you with details of any limited availability of stock on receipt of your order at which point you may amend your order should you wish not to wait for stock to be replenished.


Order Changes:

Any changes to orders must be requested within 48 hours of submitting your completed order form, or following notification of limited stock.


Minimum Requirements:

Sky Siouki requires a minimum spend of £150 on all wholesale orders. Prices are subject to change without notice although Sky will do her best to inform you of any changes where necessary. If you are making a repeat order within 3 months of the dispatch date of your latest order, you may request to order at a reduced minimum spend of £100. Please email Sky first so she can adjust this setting for you on an ad hoc basis.

Sky Siouki expects all retailers to sell each item at no less than the recommended retail price for a minimum of 6 months following purchase. RRPs can be found by visiting Sky Siouki’s online shop when logged out of your trade account. Alternatively all RRPs are visible within your trade account but will be shown with a strike-through line.

Some products are only available to order in packs of varying sizes. These requirements are listed on the order form as ‘Pack Size’ or ‘Increments of’ beside each product listed and quantities will automatically be adjusted accordingly.


Payment:

Please make all payments via BACS only for which details will be provided with your invoice. Please wait to receive an email confirming your final invoice before paying and DO NOT attempt to make payment when submitting your order. This is so that Sky can review shipping costs and lead times first, both for the benefit of you as the customer as well as for herself to evaluate stock availability. All orders must be paid for in full before dispatch and invoices are payable at your earliest convenience.


Delivery:

All shipping charges will be calculated according to your order size and weight and included in your invoice. As a general guideline, UK orders weighing up to 20kg will usually cost £15 for postage and packaging. Shipping charges shown on the checkout page are only a guide which although are likely to be accurate, are not guaranteed due to the heavy nature of Sky Siouki’s stone based products. Please note, in the case of international orders, any customs charges will be your responsibility as the retailer.

Dependent on order size and stock availability, as explained in the above section, please allow 2-5 weeks for your order to be dispatched. Sky hand finishes and packs every product and order herself so please understand that this process takes time. You will be provided with an estimated week of dispatch and any relevant availability details when invoiced. All orders will be sent tracked and signed for.


Nature of Handmade/Natural Products:

Please be aware that each item is likely to have subtle differences since many Sky Siouki products are handmade using natural or recycled materials meaning that their unique quality lies in their natural imperfections. This note is especially applicable to the stone coasters and placemats. The stone typically has an uneven texture with holes and surface cracks present. This is beyond Sky Siouki’s control and although she will endeavour to omit any significantly uneven products from your order, this is something you must accept when ordering a product of this nature.


Plastic-Free Greeting Cards:

Sky Siouki now packages all greeting cards plastic-free supporting the brand’s core value to be as environmentally conscious as possible. Cards will come packaged with a translucent paper band holding the card and envelope together unless you specify otherwise when placing your order at checkout. Sky understands that some businesses cannot accomodate plastic-free packaging due to display limitations or shop environment so if this is the case you may request cellophane bag packaging instead. There is a drop-down menu where you can select this option at checkout above the ‘order notes’ section. If you do not specify, your cards will be packaged plastic-free by default.


Returns / Exchanges:

Sky cannot accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders with the exception of any damages or defects. When your order arrives please inspect everything thoroughly to ensure all items ordered have been included and are intact. Should you find anything is either missing or damaged you must email Sky within 3 working days of receiving your order, including photographs to evidence any damages. We will endeavour to rectify any issues within 5 working days of your notification.
