Sky Siouki aims to ship your item within 1-3 working days following order date.
Orders will be delivered either by Royal Mail 2nd class or courier economy service as standard.
Delivery costs are dependent on your order and can be calculated after adding items to your cart.
If you choose to upgrade to UK 1st Class Priority your order will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked within 1 working day.
You will be sent a notification once your order has been dispatched with any applicable tracking details included.
Sky Siouki accepts payment via either PayPal or all major credit and debit cards.
Once an order has been paid for it is therefore in process and may not be cancelled. Please email email@example.com should you need to amend your order.
Shipment will be made only after payment is received.
As an independent business Sky Siouki stock levels often fluctuate and some items may only be available to order via backorder. In this case Sky Siouki will be in touch with you to let you know how long it will be before you receive your order, following which you will be allowed a 2 day period in which to cancel your order. Please contact Sky at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to enquire about an out of stock item before placing a backorder.
HANDMADE and NATURAL PRODUCTS
Please be aware that each Sky Siouki item is likely to have subtle differences since most products are either handmade or use natural materials meaning that their unique quality lies in their natural imperfections. This note is especially applicable to the stone coasters and placemats. The stone typically has an uneven texture with holes and surface cracks present. Therefore Sky Siouki will not accept returns of stone products under faulty grounds simply due to discontent with any natural imperfections of the above nature.
All items, excluding those on sale, may be returned within 14 days of receipt so long as they are returned in their original condition and packaging. Should an item be returned in adequate condition for resale Sky Siouki reserves the right to only offer a partial refund.
The cost of post & packaging will be at your own expense and only the value of the item will be refunded. There will be an additional £3 processing fee incurred for all returns on non-faulty items. Please do not send any returns without first contacting Sky Siouki.
In the unlikely event that an item is faulty or damaged on arrival please contact Sky Siouki at email@example.com to discuss the problem first so a full refund or exchange can be arranged. You must notify of any issues within 14 days of receipt and provide photographic evidence including the packaging that the item arrived in.
